Standard Post - $10.00 FLAT RATE OR FREE ON ORDERS OVER $200

Express Post - $15.00 FLAT RATE 

SHIPPING TIMES (AUSTRALIA):

We ship via Australia Post. The following information is an estimated time frame and not a guarantee. Tracking will be provided to you when your order is dispatched.

ACT - 2 - 3 business days

New South Wales - 3 - 4 business days

Queensland - 2 - 5 business days

South Australia - 2 - 4 business days

Tasmania - 2 - 4 business day

Victoria - 2 - 5 business days

Western Australia - 3 - 5 business days

Northern Territory - 3 - 7 business days

 

  • Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • All parcels are sent via Australia Post. The estimated delivery time for express shipping is 1-3 business days in most areas, and 5-7 business days for standard shipping.  Once the package has left our warehouse we have very little control of it.
  • Please note the delivery time listed above are only estimations. EstilloTheLabel is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods.
  • We aim to ship all orders on the same day if it is placed before 12:00PM AEST (Sydney time) on a business day, and on the next business day otherwise.

  • The customer will responsible for any custom and import duties/taxes charges. All the applicable charges must be paid by you even if you refuse the shipment upon the delivery.

Taxes & Duties

Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders.

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay or reject delivery.

If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.
